This positions focus will be to meet daily production plans, improve quality and reduce cycle time.
A typical day in this position will require the following skills and requirements.
This position will require some initial training for most applicants to learn our system and culture so we expect some time to get acclimated with Star Headlight process. The best candidate will have three or more years of experience in injection molding set-up and processing. Candidates with more experience should expect much higher salary range based on experience and skill set.
